Hey everyone! I can see that there's been mention of a past political discussion that happened here on the forums. Disagreements and debate are normal when it comes to politics! However, it's important that things are kept respectful.

Have a think about if you're words could be hurting someone or making them feel less welcome. Even if it's not intentional! (This is a part of the Be Kind At All Times guideline).

I'd also suggest not rehashing old conflict 💚 and instead focusing on new ways we can connect and support each other!

@bandicoot yes, it would be nice if people actually cared but unrealistic in these fora.

I've seen comments targeting me that are less than friendly- it would be nice if those posts were targeted as much as I'm being targeted. Saying this in the friendliest way possible

No worries @ENKELI . Good morning hope you are ok today. I finally slept for nearly 8 hours. Still feeling tired though. And still hypomanic. Back still hurts. Have to do physio stretches and water pots. Turned irrigation system on in the garden. Waiting for chemist to open. Need lots of things at supermarket so will drive when I’ve woken up properly. I’m ok back sore tired but mood is better today than yesterday @Oaktree . Have a good rest of the day.

@GezzaP I hope you managed to get everything you needed done.

I too had to go to the chemist and Coles.

I had a bad sleep, kept waking up and was tired for most of the day. I had planned on cleaning the laundry and bathroom but didn't have the energy. The only good thing about owning my home, I don't have to worry about rent inspections!

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing. To be honest, it seems that PAIN is a similar topic for a lot of members.

Do you want to make a new discussion to focus on physical pain and even perhaps go through the impact on mental health?
