For the first time, I tried a Hershey's cookies white choc thing today.. they were sooooo good!

Blood tests results shows that my kidney is stable at 17% and my overall diabetes has come down a little, still a long way to go, not treatment for Osteoporosis yet

You are so inspirational @Shaz51 ... you never complain. You just take things as it is, even when things are so so hard.

It’s here! My new mattress arrived!

That box was HEAVY. Maybe I should do Masters Weight Lifting, because I Clean & Jerked that bar-stard all the way up these stairs.

Then I threw the old mattress downstairs 😆
