Howdy @Glisten! I am vit-D deficient (apparently, approximately 30% of the population of Melbourne is!!) so I gotta push myself to go soak up some sunshine sometimes!! I will often just set a wee little 5 min timer, do 5 min of my front and 5 min on my back (and apparently the belly is a very good spot to expose for the vit-D absorbtion!). How's your weekend going anyhow?

yeah, every year I get older the more I look like Homer these days re shirtless @ENKELI actually cannot see it, I was thinking of ones in WA the size of a brick lol

Oh I've never hear of that @Shaz51 - is it making homes out of stuff like old shipping containers and such, or more like those cool things I've seen where they make bricks out of fungus and all sorts of wild ecological marvels!
