@Appleblossom how are you feeling today? I'm sorry Mother's Day is triggering. I understand rejection as I suffer that from my older sister.

I'm glad you found things to keep you distracted and you were kind to yourself. I wish nobody had to suffer rejection from their families. Families are supposed to be the ppl that we share the start of our lives with. I remind myself that there's no perfect family or relationships out there and I am just trying my best with my kids.

Pain and loss is always there but we learn to get through it. I hope the week gets better for you. Much love and hugs 🫂 🤗 ❤️

chronic fatigue and pain levels are really doing a number on me at the moment but hoping the hot cuppa tea I’m having might help a little. hopefully this week is nicer to me than last week

earl grey is my regular go-to but I also love different kinds of herbal tea, I often have jilungin tea at night to help me sleep. most sleep aid stuff doesn’t tend to respond very well with me and my insomnia but it’s the best sleep tea I’ve ever had

I use a strainer to make my own herbal teas at home depending on how I’m feeling each night I might add other different things like rosebuds, sage, gumbi gumbi, etc

loooove a good lemongrass and ginger too always

more than half of my kitchen is tea stuff 😅

I used to grow lemongrass in my garden @lonemushroom and made tea from it 😊

ohh that is so wonderful!!! I love the smell of fresh lemongrass so much

my lemongrass pot kept dying off the last couple of times I tried growing it, might have to see if I can give it a go again

mine was busy

saturday -- being a patient in hospital for the upcoming medical students

sunday -- Mothers day with the inlaws and D1 and grandson

miss my mum who passed away a year ago

feeling very tired as we have not slept well , earl rising like at 2am and no more sleep

and feeling slack today
