Back home again now 😁

we had to leave early for the city, lots of rain all the way

we had 5 sets of 3 medical students

in each of the 5 sets , one student had to do the examination of me and then tell the head doctor his diagnosis ( who is actually my diabetes specialist )

I have soo much physically going on for me that it was interesting what the medical students said about me

The head doctor gave them extra clues and tips after the examination which was good 👍

How are you going today

I only cried 3 or 4 times today so that’s a fair bit less than yesterday at least 😅 been trying to clean the house and picked up some groceries earlier though, did a little journaling too

I am feeling a bit fragile. I might try and do some journaling to show my psychologist. Maybe we can work on these feelings this week.
