@Appleblossom yes I remember it was so much fun creating and doing have made a few attempts since but just not the same now, as after the big one ending with the volcano I received a sort of reminder of what is not allowed on the forums, the big one is not mentioning alcohol and a few other rules I broke.

so took it on the chin but constraints of rules changed the game slightly as my creativity had to be a bit boring but next one with seat belt on 🤣 is going to be a fun thing again with the help of all our Mob here on the Forums I just can’t seem to work out how to put a picture up, etc. computer illiterate but still trying. Thanks for remembering 🚁👨‍🍳

She's very fit and healthy for her age, and it goes to show that a healthy lifestyle pays dividends when you get older @Shaz51 . Indeed it pays dividends throughout one's life.

If it hadn't been for my fitness I might have attempted suicide by now, which thankfully I've always and consistently managed to avoid doing.

@Abner hearing you about the importance of healthy life style choices, and also the difficulty of dealing with suicidal ideation. It's all a challenge.
