Re: Best Friends Club

Also @Glisten it's not just the USA, there's a push to the extreme right going on all over the world,, where ordinary people, not bad people, who've suffered bad luck such as pandemics and loss of income and are not particularly fond of people such as LGBTIQA or trans people, or immigrants, women...think we've got too much power. People like him are capitalising on that because like the supernarcissists like Hitler they don't care about anything but power, and they don't care whom they use or push around to get and exercise it.

As I explained to a friend of mine last night, even Donald Trump's supporters aren't to blame for what he's doing, he's the one who's saying "Let's do this...and let's do that.". Just as Hitler was the one saying "Let's build the concentration camps.", and by the way my grandfather was a prisoner in Buchenwald concentration camp, he was put to work in the soap factory that made soap out of human fat from the bodies incinerated in the furnaces. This is hpw horrific political realities can become. I'm not saying it will get as bad as that, but even without getting as bad as that, it can still get quite bad. Already this push to the extreme right around the world is costing lives, in the LGBTIQ community we're suffering an increase in violence against us, there's a rise in domestic violence, a rise in racism... .

As a transgender man who has schizophrenia and Jewish background I long ago accepted that bigotry will always be a part of my life, and that sometimes it'll be less intense, and sometimes more. This period is one of the more intense ones, and it's costing lives and communities...and we're asked to say nothing!

Thanks @PeppyPatti , I think I've said enough about my anxieties right now, I'll say more later, but now I can slow my days down for the next few days. It's an advantage of luv by on my own that I can physically lock down from people when I need to and, when

Re: Best Friends Club

Yes and this is my problem @MissGremlin

In the past for years I did great artwork and played the guitar.

I can't even get my support workers to sit with me while i do these crafts because I don't think I deserve it.

My feelings are very sensitive. I used to feel what people were doing around me and I still do. , I think that they will get bored so I won't do them.

That is ridiculous because the support workers are getting PAID to sit there

But I can't. I can't get over how bored the support workers will be. I can't.

I just dislike that I will succeed.

In the past @RiverSeal @tyme @Glisten @TAB

Have gently nudged me. I haven't been able to stop thinking about it for about 6 months.

I'm boundry less

I'm neuro divergent. I say the most ridiculous things. ...... I need to keep these emotional statements inside me.

Re: Best Friends Club

I was trying to say an advantage of living on my own is I can physically lock down from people when I need to, while also at those times maintaining contact with them on my terms. I do talk with my LGBTQI family about it too, but sometimes talking to people who have the same fear, eventhough they fully understand it feels like we're just fermenting each other's and our own fears and the conversation is helplessly going around in circles. It helps talking to someone who's outside it, even when they don't understand. It does help to be reminded there's a usuality that doesn't include this stuff. Thanks for being there for me all of you @PeppiPatti, @Glisten, @ENKELI, and all of you. And I really want some tofu.

Re: Best Friends Club

@PeppyPatti my sweet you definitely deserve it, you deserve to be doing things that you enjoy. Those workers are there for you and there to support you in the things that you enjoy doing.

I hear how hard it is for you right now and it's challenging being neuro divergent in this world. But you are truly an amazing person that deserves to succeed and to be happy ❤️
