This is very true @Appleblossom and something that is so often missed in academia - nuance. Life is always so much more complicated than words can describe hey! Add in the complexities of social understandings of emotions vs. felt sense (i.e. When I describe myself as 'angry' that might look and feel very different for me than what 'angry' might look like for you) and like.... yeah no wonder it's so hard to talk about our feelings 😵😅
