so true. mine are daddy issues. having a adopted dysfunctional father and not knowing my birth father has fd me up. I need a strong man who takes on that role in a healthy way that i feel secure and safe in the relationship. i believe i have found that man at long last.

Generational. My ancestors gave had same emotion. It got then through. Should get me through.

I come from a long line of highly strung Jewish hungarian women. I thought via therapy ide stop that pattern. But @Jynx teaching me to own every little emotion and break that boundry by owning and understanding it.

I wrote to husband -

Please work with me together to understand my how the head injury issues change me in our daily life. Show empathy - try and put yourself in my shoes and imagine what it would be like to deal with my invisible challenges. A little empathy goes a long wayi. Firi instance i repeat myself over and over again. - what do you think that would ne like for me when I'm talking to other people ?

Struggling with MH is a serious challenge not many people can say that they struggling

I am one of them I don't tell people when I struggle I just like to hide it keep it to myself
