aaa it's kind of a mix in between getting a healthy meal from this salad shop called FISHBOWL, getting korean food (like maybe kimbap or something)..that's pretty much it i think? 😅

also, I haven't been volunteering for 5 weeks now and I was thinking of going back to it this friday cause its been that long since I've last volunteered, but at the same time I'm a bit hesitant. The last time I went I was able to have a conversation with this other volunteer who is a year younger than me, but that was because she started a convo with me first and she very much was making convos with other volunteers as well lol!

The thought of just going back after having a convo with somebody is actually the reason why it's giving me anxiety, because it reminds me of my past experiences of when I've had someone talking to me for a bit, but then later on they've eventually stopped talking to me the next time they see and notice me, so I was scared that that girl might do the same thing. Well I hope not (maybe maybe not), it's more of like the fact that I'm scared that she won't be able to understand my long term struggles with maintaining conversations with people. 🤔

EDIT: my mum literally cooks the same ol' repetitive and boring arse food ever and i dont feel like at all eating any of the food she cooks, so ordering delivery food is the way to go

@Blackcloud aye it's hard to manage, that kind of past anxiety. Do you let people know that you do tend to struggle with communicating, but that it's not an indicator that you're not interested in friendship?

@Jynx I don’t, unless I get to know more about the person or something but it depends on who the person is that I feel might understand 😅

@Blackcloud aye of course! You do get a bit of a sense for whether or not they're going to be compassionate hey. But also... if you tell them something like that early on, and they react poorly, well then you already know they're not a safe person for you!
