A family at church has a baby boy a week ago and I didn't hear about it because of the lack of consideration certain people in my church have for PTSD and neurodivergency that I ran away from church in tears.

The kids name is the same name of one of the children I lost.

So yes emotional wreck now

You can do junk journaling where you cut out pictures and stick them on a piece of paper. It’s different to vision boards. Google it

@creative_writer yes it always happens in unexpected moments. If I can ever find my book I would love to share some of them here. I'm sitting on my bed doing another colouring now, this time with my gel pens 😊

@avant-garde loss of a child is tough

I can easily get reminded of my griefs by all sorts of associations, including names, plants, places… just anything that can bring them to mind… out of the blue

whether or not… and how I might be triggered varies and can be unpredictable
