@Arbie_wun that's the thing with paints, they can look similar when wet but once dry completely different. Wouldn't want a bright glare all day long so glad you chose the natural one. Sounds like you made a good choice with the grey and definitely will be less visual strain and work.

Is it an issue with your parents ?

At 57 years old I get huge support from my Step mother who lives in Boston. I only met her when my father died of cancer and she and I talk on an app almost every day.

It's weird o never ever had support for years. It's like I didn't know how to get it.

I only have a mother and she really isn't a part of my life.

Im glad that you have that support, life is hard enough let alone when you have mental health issues.

@Jynx i totally missed this post. That's just one of the many things she did to me. But that's all in the past now, although the damage she did and the trauma it's left me is something I live with every day. I'd say she can't hurt me anymore but she still contact to do so.

Looney tunes was awesome but yes there's a few episodes that really should have never been made.

I don't do crowded places but in saying that I do like to hunt around in op shops for DVDs, so i push through the anxietysometimes. The biggest issue i have is that I have 5 DVD racks and they are all completely full 😂.

@Former-Member Morning Grems. Big shopping complexes are like casinos for shoppers. They freak me out, because can’t see the outside world.

Some Op Shops have that weird odour and are quite expensive. I still have a look in the hope of finding a bargain for something I need.

You mentioned Looney Tunes. I loved Animaniacs.

@Glisten yeah I hate that you can't see out, just makes you feel like you are trapped.

Saturday night, I'm enjoying some relaxing jazz music after listening to my husband have a rant all day. Exhausting but I feel so much stronger now where I just walk away and know it is nothing to do with me but his inability to self regulate. I filled my cup but seeing friends and talking the doggy for a walk.

Hello @Healandlove . I haven't watched them for ages now, it's been a good few years that's for sure.

I'm tired and today's been a bit all over the place. But it's bedtime now and I'm trying to find the motivation to do some colouring.

Relaxing listening to music is always good. I'm glad you are able to recognise that it's nothing to do with you, that's such a strength. And good on you for filling your cup with things that you enjoy.
