@Arbie_wun I'm tired and sore. Today is a big day with alot of things I have to get done and I'm not sure I have it in me to do it.

@Former-Member easiest way to do one task at a time, and complete what you can without putting any additional pressure on yourself to get them all done. The more you push yourself the harder it will get and I think you deserve to take it steady and easy especially on the really hot days!

@Arbie_wun it's not even an option to take it slow, I have to push myself as hard as possible today to get everything done. I don't have any other choice.

@Former-Member I do wish I could be there to assist and I would bring along some friends to help as well. Maybe you should get in touch with a few friends to help out!
