@Arbie_wun i don't know. Just knowing that there's a community here that's willing to help means so much.

@holdinghope5 I'm sorry that I've breeched community guidelines. I can't risk getting banned from the one place that's giving me any hope to keep going right now. I'm logging out cos that fear of losing this community is too much for me to even think about.

If anyone wants to leave kind words to help me through this feel free to do so and I'll check in at some stage if I can.

I have commenced some online therapy, and I have been using the forums to help me navigate some of my challenges. Thankfully there is a lot of help here and some wonderful people who are giving me guidance and assistance when it is needed.

I have gotten back into some of my creative exploits (when I have the time and that helps me relax as well)

That sounds very helpful @Arbie_wun . Do you have games online too that you busy yourself with?

@holdinghope5 I do play a few computer games - usually like Age of Empires which requires one to keep the brain active and focused on the tasks at hand.
