I won't say I HATE summer, nor the heat, but humidity affects me! It makes me super agitated and agree so I can see that if your body doesn't like heat - that it can sure affect you.

Are there ways you can keep cool in the summer?

I've been using the air con a lot more these last few weeks.

@TheAv , it is the humidity like 85 % that makes it hotter here

@Former-Member i'm going well, i finally cleaned my room and i feel like a fresh person now hehe. how are you going? oh what'd you go shopping for?
just as i finished my iced coffee my sister comes into my room and gives me a cup of tea 😋

@rav3n it's always nice having a clean space, i folded up a heap of washing today that I just didn't have the energy to do previously.

I'm ok for the moment so I'm taking that as a win, I know it won't last for long but for now I'm enjoying the moment.

I just had to get some food, I chose to get stuff to make a salad for dinner so I'm going to make that shortly.

What a bonus that you didn't have to make it yourself, enjoy your cuppa 🙂
