It's getting late but I really wanted to tell you this, even with everything you are going through, all your heartache and sadness I can tell you are a very empathetic and kind person. We need more of you in this world. The world is full of unkind people. Please don't leave us to deal with more of that.

What would you tell me tonight if I wanted yo give up? I know you would be compassionate and kind and tell me to hold on. So I ask you to please be that to yourself. I know you are hurting so much you don't see the point but we all deserve to live the best way we can even if life has thrown all kind of nastiness our way.

I'm sorry the drs and nurses are not being very empathetic. Sometimes they are just the product of a broken system and what they have to deal with themselves turned them this way so they can survive the system.

Are they giving you medication? Are they still telling you to go today?

@Healandlove thankyou for your kind words. This world is definitely cruel and i try to make sure i show as much kindness as possible cos i know all to well what it's like to be treated like crap.

Yes you are very right i would stay up all night talking to just make sure you are ok and tell you how valued you are and that you make the world a better place by just being here.

I was sent home today and my world has once again just been turned upside down but I'm trying to let go of that right now cos it's out of my hands but it really hurts not being able to do anything.

They have said that they have done referrals but I won't know if they have until I get confirmation contact. I can't take medication as I don't trust myself with it.

You are right, try to focus on the positive things about being back home. Do you have a favourite pillow? Or plush toy you can hug? Or s favourite picture you can look at? Anything no matter how small that it can bring you joy. Try not to stay up too long and get some rest..tomorrow is a new day.

@Healandlove i have my dog teddy on my bed in memory of all my dogs I've lost over the last 5 years. I was going to try to rest but after what's just happened over the last hour and a bit I'm not going to be getting any sleep now but that's OK. I'm OK with this right now cos it's alot for my body to process. Right now I'm just trying to breathe through it and keep myself grounded.
