@Glisten unfortunately I'm in no position to go in a sauna. And I'm not able to do anything strenuous with the way my heart is at the moment. And when it comes to musical instruments I don't have the talent, I can't read music. Thanks for the ideas though. I just wish things would work like they used to.

I'm sorry that things are not great at the moment. Sometimes when I am feeling low and thinking about a life on my own I think about the things I could do. Its really hard.

I don't know what I can say to help but just know you are not alone in feeling this way.

Sometimes even with family around you, you can feel so lonely. Tonight we celebrated Christmas eve and I am so exhausted and finding my husband's emotional disconnect double exhausting. So even with people around me I feel lonely during these times.

Hold on. These feelings will pass. Perhaps a warm shower and going to bed to rest will help. Hugs 🫂 🤗. We are here with you. ❤️

I'm feeling better today, thankfully. It's sunny and warm here today, which helps.

Chatting to my new crush from dancing is helping me get over the devastation which is my feelings for my ex.

I'm trying to organise someone to visit and feed Marta while I'm in hospital. I was going to get someone to stay overnight, but now I've decided that twice-a-day visits is better. Anyone got any advice? I'm going to ask my neighbours before I settle for a stranger.

I imagine your family eating dinner together and being happy together. I don't know if this is what really happens but I guess what I'm trying to write is that I do feel strength and positivity behind your words.

I hope your Christmas was relaxing yesterday. Yesterday I really felt it was time for my youngest son to know that he's making choices about his life that I feel are very good.

I said to him that ide been in therapy for many years one was that my mother forcedly took both my sons at 15 and iv been grieving since then.

He looks at me and he says,

'yeah, I know. Whatever, what are we eating ?

Yep. Over 20 years of my LIFE ..... 😂
