Best Friends Club

Awww hugs my awesome friends 🧡 @avant-garde , @Glisten , @tyme , @Oaktree

Very hot and very wet here

Aircon on, tv turned up because of the heavy rain

Yep the wet season is here 😊

@tyme I missed you too

Thoughts running through my head

• All the things I want to get with Christmas gift voucher for koorong
• Frustration about Delilah (fake name) and her latest lies
• Funny about the repeat sermon I heard this afternoon (13 months ago)
• Wanting decent dessert item since there were no fancy cakes I could eat this morning
• Jigsaw puzzles
• Correlation between the book I'm listening to and the crucifixion of Christ

@Shaz51

I get to get new bathers tomorrow! hopefully that I don't hate and actually fit me (don't ask me about yesterday's)

The solar makes using air con guilt free. Makes a HUGE difference @Oaktree ! You must be smiling while sitting in the cool of your home lol. I can see it.

I'm glad it's cooler for you on Wed. It's going to be getting hotter and hotter for us so that by boxing day, it's over 40 degrees. I don't like the heat. Makes me cranky!

@avant-garde

I am going to make this lemon cheesecake for Christmas. Looks easy but it will probably be too much if you are on your own.

You've got it all planned out @avant-garde , eh?

Argh, good ol' Koorong. It's changed a lot from what it used to be. I guess they need to make $$$ too.

@Oaktree , that looks DELISH!

@tyme

It was 36 where I am yesterday

40 today and 41 tomorrow.

I am by the coast so it is much hotter where @Glisten and @ENKELI are.

How are you today @PeppyPatti ?

Are you surviving the heat?

Yes I really am smiling about the loveliness of my aircon @tyme

@tyme

$150, I'm waiting for boxing day so I can hopefully get more, yes I'm very organised

@Oaktree

I like lemon cheesecake but there's no means by which to make it where I live

@avant-garde @tyme @Shaz51 @Glisten @PeppyPatti @ENKELI

The cheesecake is for my son’s fiancée. Its her birthday the day before Christmas day. I won’t see her on her birthday so I am making her a birthday cake to have on Christmas day. She doesn’t like sweet desserts but she does like things with lemon. Hopefully she likes this. I am going to make it on Tuesday. Hopefully it goes well as I have never made it before

Do you go to church during the Christmas period @Oaktree ? I thought that's what the lemon cheese cake was for.

@tyme

I should have gone to Church today for Christmas but it was just so hot so I stayed home. It’s not like the Catholic Church. We do not have midnight mass or anything.
