this Friday is my MIL`s 90th birthday dinner --- soo I know that Saturday will be a wipeout

over the years I suppose I have learnt when not to say anything and times to say something which is still hard at times

Learning about cptsd and ideas to help at those outbursts helps too and for ourselves how to copy too , I find the forum is great

I think expect the unexpected (waiting for something to happen today and then surprised when something does not happen

I pray to God to give me the strength everyday. Please don't abandon me. my Sister God is with you every moment of the day

I think I've only seen an echidna twice and they're so cute and special, and I can't say I've ever seen a cassowary, let alone one with its babies!
