Have you thought about joining either of Sane’s Guided Recovery or Recovery Club? I haven’t done the guided recovery but I am currently finding recovery club extremely helpful. Guided recovery is a 14 week program and you get like a counseling session per week and a zoom I think. Recovery club is 6 months and you can attend as many zooms as you want and there is a weekly catchup but you only need to go to one of those per fortnight. I think you have to live in qualifying areas for guided recovery. Anyway maybe you could look into these.
