I'm really sorry to hear that Shaz51, I'm thinking of you and hubby. You are an incredibly uplifting person. I'm afraid I'm a glass half empty type of a person. 🩷

I started to have a few falls this year, one of which I ended up in hospital for fractures. Over the last couple of months I've been experiencing ongoing tremors in my legs and arms/shoulders. I'm really scared I might have Parkinson's Disease but it may also be a side affect of coming off my medication four months ago. Being in my 60's I'm flipping out about everything including my cognitive functions but I have been under alot of stress lately. My depression, OCD, paranoia, anxiety and that negative voice in my head are a constant but I keep trying to distract myself, hence the library.

Shopping day tomorrow so at least it will get me out of the house and around other people. 😀

Just noticed my new profile photo which is alot easier to see. I wish they could make the circle larger.
