You are good enough just the way you are. It’s so difficult when those negative voices get in your head. Sometimes they are the voices of others and then we repeat it to ourselves. Is there something else you can tell yourself right now? It doesn’t have to be super positive because maybe that is not realistic but maybe something neutral?
