Hey guys,

I have been busy today. Started with walking group, then off to the post office to mail something to a friend interstate, then zoom, then shops, then off to the clinic to see my case manager, now another zoom. Might pop back in later to catch up on what is happening here. @Shaz51 I would love to go on a trip too but no money and we are busy entertaining daughter while she is home from Hawaii, also what would I do with my cat?

ahh i see, that must be so frustrating @Shaz51 !! i see where you're coming from, there's a lot to consider when planning trips, especially the big ones. do you think Mr Shaz would be open to talking about it again later when you both have more energy? you deserve to be heard 💗

Thanks for the messages. My day has been excellent, thanks. I had a productive morning and enjoyed the sunshine at lunchtime and on my afternoon walk. My mood has continued to be happy and optimistic. How are you all?

Aww @Shaz51 hopefully it's just a rough day and things will settle for him by tomorrow. Has Mr Shaz been getting enough sleep? Lack of sleep makes my irritibility trigger very sensitive and I end up way more likely to snap at people!!
