Had blood tests done this morning, 3 goes at getting some

And a bit warm today

Oh ouchie @Shaz51 does that happen often? My sister seems to have ickle veins and always hates blood tests cos she ends up getting jabbed so many times!!

Yes the sun is lovely isn't it? I wish it reached all the way to my chair so I could warm my toesies haha. Might have to take a cuppa and my laptop out into the sun eh?

Oh no Shaz, that's no good....at least the blood test is done now. I have difficult veins as well. But a cuppa makes everything a little better. @Shaz51

I'm just waiting for the guy to come check the smoke alarm. Hope he comes soon so that I can go out.

Morning @Ainjoule you poor thing got the waiting for a tradie debacle!! I think it's a common joke amongst ADHDers that nothing ruins our morning like a 3pm appt 😅 Cos I have to be READY but I have TIME BLINDNESS so I will be READY at MIDDAY... and then spend 3 hours basically doom scrolling or staring at the wall - cos if I do anything else I'll get caught up in it and then I BLINK and woops, it's 5 hours later and I've missed the appt and am now somehow covered in paint.... 🤣

How are you keeping yourself entertained till then?

Bone density scan sounds intense @Shaz51 I hope it's actually super chill - how do they do that kind of scan, is it a type of x-ray?

I feel like you would have a suuuuper lush garden full of like, grevillias and poppies and hydrangeas, is that accurate? Mine is all succulents and overgrown vines 😅 just how I like it!

Yeah, I lol'ed at that because technically the window he is suppose to be coming is 12-5pm...but I don't hear the door very well because someone stole my doorbell button and knocking is just not that loud, so I got up at like 9am for a midday appointment and now I am just sitting in my chair waiting. I might make use of the time and call my Dad. I tried calling my aunt but she was in the library and couldn't talk.

No, I don't have a garden @Jynx but I did get into indoor vertical growing at one point. It was a phase I went through...but it was too messy indoors so I gave it away, lol.
