wet trip up and back home

nearly involved in an accident (not our fault)

I am feeling low. Rang my case manager but she was on the phone. Waiting for a call back. Just did a zoom on identity. That was really good. Other people help me to realise that my childhood trauma was not the worst. I did have some happy moments in my childhood

Oh yay @Glisten we love new friends!! I need a nap too tbh haha... very jealous of my snoozing kitties right now!
