It's highly unlikely I'll be leaving my bedroom at this rate with the way I'm feeling. I wish there was something I could do to get over this flat feeling 😕

@ENKELI you can’t “get over” depression my chickadee retiisi. Enough set backs will cause a lot of damage anxiety stress and depression.

I just said to my case manager yesterday that I was feeling flat. Maybe it was because of all the rainy weather here in WA lately. Today was nice and sunny but I spent the day in bed. I hope that you feel better soon
