Ahh gotcha @Shaz51, aww poor guy. I know I certainly can have a 'short-fuse' with my ADHD, and maybe it is all just a compounding of various stressors resulting in a bit of a meltdown.

How are you doing, you ok? Can be a bit rattling to be in a room with an angry person throwing things, even if we know they'd never hurt us.

Oh no @Shaz51... Hmmm.... Considering his current mental state, I wonder if it might help to gently let him know that it's never a good idea to make big or final decisions whilst dysregulated, and that maybe you could revisit the conversation tomorrow?
