I think colouring in sounds like a good thing to relax a bit and hopefully the voices will quiet down a bit @Pepsimax. Good luck with this. 💜🤗

Yeah that sounds like a really good idea @Pepsimax. Tell your psych everything is the best way to get some good help. Monday isn't far away now. If you are struggling a bit tomorrow you could call your support worker. It's good you feel you can call out for help here as well. Hopefully you'll feel a bit more in control soon.💜🤗

@darrenhayes .... it's an audial phenomenon that some people experience with particular mi's .... the Drs are aware .....

@darrenhayes, meds don't always get rid of them completely, particularly if you are having a flare up.
Interestingly there are lots of people without mental illness who hear voices. Check out the hearing voices network.
