Brain Fog

Brain Fog

Hi

I am suffering from depression and was wondering if anyone else has experienced brain fog as part of their depression?

  • Yes @Shaz51 . I got my car back. Cost a fortune. But hadn't been serviced for about 8 years due to lack of finances. So was looooong overdue. Seems to run well. Though only driven it about 3kms to the shop and back today..
  • I couldn't live without a dog in my life. They are essential to helping me feel "normal".
  • 31 degrees. I am jealous. Got to 16 degrees here today. Which meant most of the day was way less than 16 degrees. I really hate the cold.
  • Went to take my meds tonight and realised I'd not taken yesterday's antidepressant. I'm normally really good at remembering to take them. But somehow I forgot. No wonder I was feeling so anxious and panicky and sick all day. I get withdrawal symptoms if I miss even 1 day. Anyway. Tablets taken now. Hope the withdrawal effects subside in the next hour. Trying to distract myself by playing Sudoku on my phone.
  • I remember living in Brisbane and how warm it felt on a hot rainy day. Here we get rain that feels like ice blocks. Lol.
