Hi world, I am a 75 year old Leo, never been depressed or have ever taken medication, it’s been a dark cloud for a year now, inexplicable and draining, I am keen to travel overseas in a a couple of weeks, bit worried about panic attacks, is there a mild form of medication I can consider, not one who sees doctors, thanks, sincerely keen for feed back

I'm sorry to hear that things have been a little dark lately. It sounds draining. At the same time, it's good to hear that you are keen to travel. At least this is something you can look forward to.
I just wanted to clarify, that whilst people are encouraged to share their lived experience on the forums, we are not able to name specific medication.
I wonder if you can speak to your local chemist who can go through some of your symptoms and have a chat to you about particular medication?
Do you have any supports around you?
