thank you for checking in with me. Sorry I don’t want to be negative but I feel I am falling back to my dark place. I am just really hating life, nothing is working out and it is torture really. I am pretty lonely, i don’t have my special person anymore and time is flying by so fast. It is another Christmas, another year wasted. Hope you are going ok. Thanks for your support.

it's totally okay to miss someone and i get that with the end of the year approaching, it can be a bit difficult to sit with those feelings. i'll sit with you too so you're not alone 💙

right now, it might be hard to believe this, but this year you've worked so hard on yourself & learnt so much. i don't think that's a waste at all. i know it sucks that the person you wanted in your life isn't present, but the most important person in your life is you. you are here, and maybe this year, you can focus on celebrating yourself for getting through so much. you deserve it 💙

thank you for your support. No last year I used to call those help lines all the time. I would always get someone new, they didn’t get my story and I got triggered and felt worse so I’ll just keep it to myself and you guys on here.
