How thoughtful of you. Nah, it's okay. I had my growth coach to speak to and she's amazing. I really surprised myself at how I was able to advocate for myself.

It makes me think, what would have happened if 10-20 years ago I had the brain I have now? Only something to think about.

It is so strange because I never meant to get the feelings I got, there must be reason for it. I don’t even know where she is at though, I think she might have left. I do think it might have been real for both of us. Like you say, if it is meant to be. I have already had the encounter not long ago. She isn’t mad at me. Sorry I do have a few sad days, but i think life is mean5 to work out for all of us.

you can just reflect on how much you have grown in that time. Life is about learning, and being proud of growth. We only have now. I get stuck in the past. She told me not to look back but now I just think back to a couple of years ago. I’m glad you have a coach to help, but also want you to know that when you connect with others the way you do, you create a bond and a care for your wellbeing as well.

Are you going to put on the glasses that makes you feel like life will be torture? What I've learnt is that 10% is about what happens or doesn't happen for us, and the rest is how we respond to it @Rockdog

As I mentioned, I've had some really horrible experiences lately, but I believe that it is because of how I look at it that it actually doesn't affect me like it would other people.

Life is NOT meant to be a torture.

Thank you. That is so true. Sometimes I have a calm positive feeling about things working out and it is nice. Then I just think of the pain and it hurts so much.

it is how you respond to things and I don’t want to throw away my chances of the future I want. It Things won’t happen if I don’t love myself. The torture isn’t part of that 😊
