hey @Rockdog hope this week's been off to a bright start.

i've come across the "does X have feelings for me" question a few times too - and assuming things, debating if the person even cares about me, trying to find signs and interpret everything they say/do didn't end up helping me at the end. sometimes just asking them that question straight up saves us time and doubt. makes it easier for us to move forward instead of sit in the same places, if that makes sense?

is asking her if she has feelings for you an option you'd consider?

Hope your week is going well. No it isn’t an option anymore. I just need to hope we meet up in the future and it was real. Anyway I wouldn’t have the courage to ask because I would be crushed if it wasn’t true

@Rockdog asking someone that question is definitely a bit scary. i used to feel that fear of people rejecting me / not liking me back. if she did say she didn't like you back, you'd be crushed at first but also you'd be free to move on? and you can find someone new who'd like you back even more perhaps?

what are your thoughts?

it is really hard because I used to see her all the time, but now I don’t get to see her so don’t even know where she is. But yes as you said I replay every thing she said both good and bad. I’ve got my stuff to work

im sorry but it is really killing me inside. I want to get better in the hope of things working out but I’m really struggling at the moment. I’m not sure if I have improved at all because I miss her so much.It is so painful that I’m not sure if I’m worthy of speaking about my journey because things aren’t working out. 🥲

You need to improve for YOU. Any change you are doing for someone else doesn't usually last. I wonder if this is where the challenge is?

Remember, "You need to love yourself first". It sounds like your love is on her and not yourself. I hear how much you are hurting, but the work is to be done on YOU.

thank you yes I am but I don’t know how.

Honestly it is still about her and I am struggling to make it about me because I love and miss her. I had no idea I would get these feelings it is so weird. I wasn’t expecting this to happen and I don’t know how it did. But it did and now I am lost without her. I wanted to ask whether she actuall did have any feelings ,maybe not. I just hope so but I don’t know if I can do it. It all might be done, I don’t think I am a good example for the talk because I just miss her. It isn’t fair to meet someone so special and gave it all end this way.
