My life is falling apart, it really is, my sanity has not returned as yet, I am in a safe place of a mental health care ward, but they don’t have clinical psychologist’s on the ward… a vital link…
what happens…. I can’t cope with decisions that are taken completely off me,
e.g rent being un-fordable, and having to move….
I just can’t deal with it, the whole thought of moving is making me feel very light headed…and I mean like I could faint

Thank you for reaching out. I hear how stressful things are for you right now.
Whilst they don't have a clinical psychologist there, while you are there, can they link you in with a social worker to help you navigate some of these processes?
It's difficult in that if your needs are not met, then one's mental health can really suffer.
We hear you and want you to know you are not alone.

Good to hear that you are in a safe place, because that is the main thing. It does sound as if things are a bit out of your control, so best to try and tackle one thing at a time. Can you discuss your worries with someone there and as @tyme indicated ask to see a social worker who will be in a better position to discuss housing, centrelink and other services that you will be entitled to. Try not to fret, remember one thing at a time. Take care ......Asgard
