Re: I keep falling
Wishing you a happy birthday as well.
I can relate very much to what you wrote, and I'm sure there are other members on here who do to. I really struggle with communication, but I just wanted to send my support.

Re: I keep falling
hello @stimpy77
am hearing you
it gets so hard
we have to push through the fog, the nasty thoughts, we have done it before so we do it again
fog - too many thoughts in our head, life circumstances keep hitting us hard, more thoughts more fog
nasty thoughts - patterned thinking, put them aside, dont bury, they will persist, they are fierce, tell them not listening too busy for that now, get up move around walk outside, ring someone, go for a walk listen to sounds, look at your surroundings, notice nature, listen
you have got through what you thought you couldnt
well done
i get it i am there right now myself and i am also still here

Re: I keep falling
I eat to punish/hurt myself it's a comfort and stress reliever,so I can empathize with you in a different way as a anxiety/depression sufferer. You don't mention if you are under a mental health plan or if you are seeking help.If not consider going to a doctor who will help you.Just find the right help.I get down on these kind of days ,and can relate I shut people out because I don't want to talk. But on the other hand these thoughts and withdrawal and the isolation are feeding my disorders where I am self destructing. Why do you scratch your legs do you think?I have had a lot of emotional pain and you do want it to stop,I understand how you feel. What has triggered this when you say "everything has come to a head?".
