Hi Mr Stress, Hoping you are ok? Not sure what you meant by this post but its not fun to be followed or feel like you are being followed. Hope everything is ok at the moment. People on the forum can make suggestions if you give us a bit more of an idea about what is happening.

i am not very good at this. i keep forgetting where i have written things.
