Self esteem crashes
I hate my mind, its exhausting and depletes me. I want to skip the weekend and go straight to Monday. I can feel it in my throat and mind.

Hey @Dark_Olena ,
You’re not alone in feeling this way.
Are you able to plan anything to make your weekend more bearable?

Hi there!
I like @tyme's idea. Maybe every weekend you have a routine: get up at a certain time, maybe make some art, schedule in a walk, go to a group via MeetUp or something like that, meditate, stretch, perhaps?
It also sounds like diarising is going to be helpful. Is there anything that has worked for you in the past?
Much love,
Rose.

Hi @tyme,
Just dont like my self talk, feel like a mouse in a wheel. Not a fan of Mother’s Day at all. I’m too sensitive and over think everything and self loathe too much. I just wish I could operate from a place of peace and calm, it’s never the case though. I’ll get through it. thanks for your support.

Hi @Rose thanks for your support. Can you explain diarising, this is the first time I’m seeing this word, does it come out of the word diary? Writing things down?
I love going for a walk, love the smells when its damp and cool, and the views are good, I live on the edge of a state forest.

@Dark_Olena yes, by diarising I mean keeping a diary of how you are feeling. Find those beliefs where your self esteem crashes and come up with the opposite of what those beliefs are to build some affirmations to say to yourself throughout the day. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. They help to build you up to where you need to be. Do you think you're capable of doing that?
Much love,
Rose.
