JOIN US! Live Sunday Hangout 7:00-9:00pm AEST

@tyme

This is out of my comfort zone at the moment, but it is something that I want to work on. My peer group workers wants me to attend an ALT2SU group. And since I have back issues, I cannot attend in person, so it will have to be online.

I want to overcome the anxiety I get when talking to people when they can see me. I even avoid answering the phone unless, I know who it is. So maybe once I have worked out how to do the Zoom meetings and have built up some confidence, I will then join in.

Hey @Mustang67 ,

That's okay.

Just to let you know, this hangout is all text based. No one sees anyone else. It's just an opportunity for members from the forums to chat in real time and get the immediate response.

No pressure though.

It's on very Thurs and Sunday if you ever want to join.

I was sitting, twiddling my thumbs and then POP! This came up. I googled some and it's better than I expected! I'm going to need everyone's help though. I haven't prepared a running sheet as this will be collaborative! @ArraDreaming
