Introduction

Introduction

Hi,

I served in the Army for 21/2 years between 1988 and 1991. I was put out medically when I was diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder. I enjoyed some parts of my service whilst other parts were definitely not fun. Overall, I am proud that I was able to serve my Country. I am always very early to everything and I hate to wait but I guess my service made me focus on being punctual.

Re: Introduction

Hey @AllAboutMissy - I'll look into that right away, might be our filters - we turn security up to the nines here to maintain privacy and cyber but stuff does now get caught a lot in the quarantine. I'll email you so you know you've got through.

I am so sorry that you have had that experience. I know I would get all in my head and think they were ignoring me if this happened to me. Hopefully you get a resolution soon

Re: Introduction

Yes, @Oaktree @AllAboutMissy we've been looking into this for you this morning.

I'm so sorry to hear the distress it has caused you and I understand how upsetting it can be feeling ignored.

As @RachSANECEO noted it's often due to filters being a bit too protective. Hopefully you'll receive a response to those emails shortly.
