I think I had better have that coffee and get dressed and post a letter that contains some cheques for payment due today

I will pamper myself by lacing it with sugar - and get some milk at the shops while I am out - maybe see if my hair dresser can cut my hair -

I know what's wrong with me - it was 2 years since my mother died yesterday - most of the time my mother doesn't consume my thoughts - we didn't get on but I don't harbour guilt about it -

I am starting all my sentences with I - not good

Back later - maybe with a very sweet, strong, black coffee

I always do - I have a strong interest in keeping myself in a good place

I have an idea about feeling flat, unhappy, indifferent, whatever

It's okay to have strange days, bad days, tired days, indifferent days. flat days

It's really bad when people can't let you have your down days because accepting where we are is really good - after all - if we had the good days shop check-out chicks and guys kept insisting we have - even when we have other plans - we wouldn't know how wonderful a good day could be

I am sure the day will improve

I am going to watch TV for a while -

Think BlueBay is gonna needs some help organising her auction party while she's tied up in hospital ... the new thread hasn't really taken off .... think she needs her party organisers to drive it for her ... That's something you guys are so good at ... 💕

I think it got bumped into a new location to identify it as a social thread under the Sharing Time With Others topic, so we could go to town without confusing anyone chasing support for depression, as the previous thread topic suggested.

Think you're doing a great job of lifting her spirits .... maybe you guys are our crowd party planners .... 😊 ... not just in the T-shirt business ....
