@utopia - you reminded me of a personal experience I had once when in my late twenties (a few years ago 😜)

I was learning to meditate, sitting cross legged on my lounge room floor deep in meditative thought when I felt a sudden jolt throughout my body. Exhilaration swept through me as recognition dawned that I had crossed a barrier in my mind and spirt and experienced the ultimate goal of separation of mind from body. Bliss was mine, arrhhh. I was walking around elated all day with a big grin.... - you should of seen it drop when I was informed that our area had experienced a mini earthquake that same day

Think maybe the stress and dramas over the last few days has sent us all into an alternative universe where we are acting the opposite to what we have been feeling - kinda like this other universe better

@OverTheEdge - don't laugh. I was meditating in a new place up on my mountain yesterday. Have bite marks up my leg. Ants and March Flies. Made meditating bloody hard.

Hubby just told me this is the anniversary of the Newcastle earthquake disaster. Can you believe that ? 😧

Morning All ..well tshirt design team.. found self at pub last nite, cheeky woman attached herself, bought me shooters ..not my thing yest couldnt say no, had a few dift ones,they are all gurgling and churning in tum atm, pre ordered breakfast at motel ..perfect ..ugh .. so perhaps I may have a design coming up sooon lol bit Blue Polls sorta thing kidding lol

I have be staying indoors cross stitching today in the air conditioning today as temperatures soar here, together with processing my daily dose of stress from my daughter. The saga continues but I continue to stitch - haven't had a spare moment to think up a slogan - will take your lead @Zoe7@utopia 💕
