Enter a subject?

I don't have a cool title for this.

I an tired and sick of myself.

So what do I do...I make it worse.

I was upset when I got home late last night. Instead of doing what I should have and just go to bed, I hurt myself and end up in hospital. Making the situation worse.

I feel like all my carers hate me. That they are tired of me and my risk to self. My carer is angry at me about the incidents of early hours of the morning. So many carers have quit because of me over the years.

That's not even my problem. I feel frustrated at myself that I am not recovering. And in the 15 years I'm battling self harm and suicide that the world doesn't trust me and my friends family carers dint trust me. I am not supposed to be left alone.

I thought pursuing my dreams and therapy would change my thoughts and behaviours. But I feel so messed and broken. Do I even deserve to pursue it all and even life anymore.

I'm getting so physically sick all the time because of my self harm. I'm just a drain on society. I should just quit.

@The-red-centaur By looking after my heart health I find my boundaries. I will live the life I've been designed to live and guard my heart above all else from new threats/pressures. As the book says, "This of course, is one of the dangers the new brain should keep in mind when it gives such extreme orders. The old brain is such a good soldier that it might be signing its own death warrant." Thank you for your care!

@BossBaby It's good that you are finding your boundaries. Stay strong.

I have markets today. Bit anxious and I've barely slept. But I'm excited. I got this 😄

Today was a bit of a failure 😞 I feel like I can't do this.

Re: Enter a subject?

Can you talk to someone about it @The-red-centaur ? Sorry to hear it is hard.

Re: Enter a subject?

@tyme I tried to talk to community mental health. They didn't want to listen.

I feel sore, defeated, and tired. I think I'll go to bed soon, even though it's not even 7pm yet.

Hi @The-red-centaur ,

I'm sorry the markets didn't go well. In some ways yeah it felt like a fail but the important part, I think, is that you put yourself out there. Making change is not easy and you put yourself out there in a positive way. The more times you can put yourself out there in a positive way the more likely something is going to work the way it should. Those people at the markets don't know what they are missing, you're fab.

Re: Enter a subject?

@The-red-centaur Yeah I just want to echo what @FridgeMagnet said - for a long-term business goal like this, the optimism is going to have to be like a slow and steady drip feed. And just have the kind of confidence that your biology entitles you to - 30% of the time a placebo will work, even for stuff like knee surgery (The Biology of Belief, Bruce Lipton). So just being hopeful is going to put you in the frame of mind to make intuitive and effective business, creative and networking decisions, I reckon. Let the power of your mind carry you through the initial hiccups and disappointments. Not to make self-belief another burden to bear, but recognise your mindscape is capable of switching on and off your potential so let the balance be in your favour.
