😞 I don't want to hurt anyone but I know I hurt people more by living days. I have so many temptations to hurt myself.. and I am afraid if I reach out that I will end up hurting people more & end up in hospital again but if I dont reach out... I am afraid that I will disappear from the world @eth

Re your mum. Easier said than done, but remember she is another adult, and you are an adult.
If she is not respecting you, it may be time to distance yourself, to not buy into her control over you (you said she rattles you).
Maybe it's time to say: "I'll call you back, I'm busy right now".
True, I have utterly no idea of your situation, but the fact she rattles you is not healthy, for either of you.

Not toe treading at all @BlueBells ... and hello 🙂 I managed to get off the phone without popping my cork at her but she said she's coming to stay with us in early July and I know I'll have to be strong to get through that without conflict. Our ideas are so different about many things but when it comes to her theories about MH she can really push my buttons. And my bro and SIL will be going away a few days after she gets here so I'll be on my own with her for a bit. Will need strategies in place for time out when needed - going to the vegie garden for a smoke is one!
