Have Mum and sister bringing dinner tonight (usual Wednesday night thing)

If mum is cooking it will be something yummy, if sister cooking..... weeeelll edible I hope lol
They have dispatched a few turkeys in the past week so tipping Turkey wich should be nice 🙂

Sounds nice @Determined. I quite enjoy preparing food if it means that I have company to eat it with me. It's also nice to have someone else do the honours. Even a Vegemite sandwich would taste good if someone else made it.

I'll be fossicking in the fridge for leftovers as my daughter will be out as often is the case.

Good morning everyone,

it looks like it's gonna be a nice day here. I've been up for hours, like often lately. I have joined the "boring self-care challenge" on the Mighty. I'm also trying to plan my day. I think I got side tracked yesterday, out of all activities I had planned, I missed 10. At least I had a shower. I never thought being out of work would be such a challenge. I always thought, if only I had a month off, I would do all the things I never have time for and then all of the sudden, there is all this time and no motivation to do anything at all. If it wasn't for my husband, I don't think I would be spending much time out of bed...

Don't get me wrong, I've had some good moments and even good days, but I feel flat, because of the "final" coming up, the moment to say good bye at work. And I have all the good advise in my head from my husband, my psychiatrist, my therapist... but I feel very very sad. And empty. And flat. And lonely.
