@eth I just wanted you to know I cooked up a Mexican sauce (tomatoes, passata, capsicum, celery, corn, onion, carrot, cumin, paprika and chilli, parsley and oregano from my garden) last night for the meatballs and served it with brown rice. It was delicious. Thanks for the confidence with that.

Hello @outlander 🙂 I'm pretty well up to the same ol' same ol', trying to motivate myself to do some basic chores, figure out something good to eat, drink something other than coffee and look for the positives in all of that 🙂
