Not sure @soul. I didn't think it was a mandated wait. My son didn't have to and neither have I for mine before. It maybe that they are thinking that they want you to try and conserve them.

@Former-Member - thanks for your input. I can see the point in not "wasting" sessions but if you need them ....?
Sometimes it seems like we have just scratched the surface during these sessions. At other times, talking so deeply about the issues appears to make them worse. Maybe I just need to have some distraction. I've heard that you should wait at least six months after a big life event before making a major decision but I feel like I'm in total limbo. Perhaps it's something to discuss at the next session.

@Former-Member, I'm on an iPad and I have to type this with one hand because my pooch is demanding a pat on her tummy. When I stop , she grumbles.
