@soul the hot chocolate thread is for carers side of tje forums as not everyone on that side comes to the lived experienced forum and the coffee/chat thread is the lived experience forum side as not eveyone goes onto the carers side

I was mentally abused when I was a child , I have had depression in parts of my life
and I am here too for me and my husband who has Mental illnessall his life , I am everywhere xx

Good Evening @Shaz51, nice to see you 🙂 I've just returned from my daily walk with the dogs. We went down a road I thought I'd been to before, but it didn't look familiar this time - it was fascinating, we found a dry creek bed and walked along it for a while, it was wonderful - if a little challenging with two dogs on two leads that I've tied together 🙂
