Around here we have plastic bags left in our letter boxes when different charities are looking for used items - sometimes they leave flyers in the letter boxes

I don't know what these charities are called - but I know they help people with diabetes or deafness etc

I feel like helping out homeless youth this winter by donating a couple of those tents they can sleep in when they are on the streets - my son lived rough from time to time - it's a horrible existence

But if you are looking for something to help - and you love horses - I am sure that you could donate to am Animal Shelter that cares for horses - that would help you and the horses

I have to find out about those tents - I guess I should look under "Tents for Homeless Youth" - that is on my short list for today

Care packages are always good - I used to back those with the church I went to at the time - for Christmas usually - churches are good places to donate care packages or the makings of one - a lot of people need the help and it can be very hard to find -

Amazing how quickly we come to know each other here - how little some things matter and how how many don't
