I have three beautiful dogs, a Great Dane, mastiff, and Hungarian vizsla. What about you guys @outlander @ColourCat ? Most of my panic attacks happen in the night so I can seek comfort in my Great Dane. She's so beautiful and gentle - she puts her big head in my lap and just lays with me. It's like she knows what I need from her. If you have pets, do you find they comfort you in tough times?

Yep @Former-Member mine too and often only sleep 2 hrs a night i have a rabbit a dog a bird and 4 horses 🙂
I use to find comfort in my horses but not since theres bullies around me i dont anymore
