I am just a newbie here...and this forum thread sounds nice....How are you guys doing? 😄

I was watching youtube videos earlier to pick me up and I thought of you and Mr Shaz watching them. I'm not 100% sure Mr Shaz would enjoy the duck song to as much as I did though - thank you @CheerBear, I will have a look xx

Hi @M12 .... I picked up your post yesterday with a "like", which was meant as an "I hear you", but I was a bit muddled at the time between seeing to commitments and wanting to doze off. I wasn't sure I could hold much comversation. Probably not much better this morning ... lol ...

Have you been on the forums for a while ? I think I have seen you around on some other threads, but I am glad you have found us here on the coffee thread because it sounds like it will be very good for you to meet some others here and chat. Certainly we look forward to getting to know you.

I am glad you have TAFE as well, because you get to focus on something outside of the house, something to prepare for, and there's the mingling on campus. There are very likely others there in your same boat, so I hope you click and settle in with a group of friends there.

Do you have any hobbies ?

Apart from here, Night Shift might be good for you too ... unlike its name that thread is 24/7.

Hello @Spookytookims, waking up feeling refreshed is a really good start to the day Thank you. I've slept well the past 2 nights, I put it down to the cool, but I've also taken my young dog off the bed. He's not a large breed really, an American Staffodshire Terrier; but he has a way of claiming the entire bed whilst sticking to me like glue! So I've given him a bean bag, pillow, blankets, hot water bottle and a coat . . . and put him on a lead close to the bed but not able to actually climb on board. I need to flip and flop, my old joints won't stay comfortable in one position. I love him to peices, but I think I sleep better without him there - I still have the little fella and the cat to keep my slumber company 🙂
